Taking design from wireframe to digital design
Based on the agreed acceptance criteria and prioritised tasks, we focused on optimising the checkout experience. The UX team divided the flow into key stages—such as cart review, delivery options, payment, and confirmation—and each member explored solutions to reduce friction and prevent drop-offs. These concepts were consolidated and collaboratively assessed to select the most promising directions for prototyping in Figma. Our goal was to validate and iterate on these designs through usability testing, ensuring the final flow met user expectations while supporting business objectives like conversion and trust.
Testing
We developed multiple prototype journeys to thoroughly explore the checkout process and uncover potential pain points that could impact user satisfaction or conversion. Each journey represented a different approach to key interactions—such as selecting delivery options, entering payment details, and reviewing the order summary.
